They are all surprised by the revelation of Luka. The man wanted to kill Klaus, one of the "Originals" who lived for a long time. Far from what we know, according to his history, Klaus is an evil entities of the world and Luka is currently working too hard just to take him down because of a several reason. His sister has been captured a long time ago and he would like to kill Elena in the near future just to break the curse that involves the witches around the Mystic Falls.

It's a very long story to tell for Luka but Jonas (Randy J. Goodwin), knows too much about their plans. However for now, it is hard for anyone of us to know the exact episode where they will initiate their plans. The warlocks struggled just to get one of their family member from the hands of their enemy and that is no other than Klaus. And before we can forget, in the later part of The Vampire Diaries Season 2 Episode 14 - Crying Wolf, Matt (Zach Roerig) received a few important relationship advice from Tyler.
